چکیده

The concentric face gear split-torque transmission system (CFGSTTS) has the advantages of a large reduction ratio and high power density. CFGSTTS considerable potential to be applied in helicopter main reducers. As such, this study, we analyzed load distribution characteristics dual input–dual output system. A load-dependent time-varying meshing stiffness surrogate model was designed based on feedforward neural network. difference between pinion driving analyzed. coupled lumped parameter dynamic bending–torsion–axis–pendulum developed through Newton’s second law, influences stiffness, backlash, comprehensive error, support damping were considered. Finally, impact load-sharing coefficient An optimization constructed with objective function minimizing sum coefficients solved by marine predator algorithm. In addition, validity results verified finite element model. indicate that (1) smaller stiffnesses input gears benefit corresponding balance; (2) have different laws influence at idler, other need comprehensively considered; (3) larger supporting idler tail are beneficial for decreasing gear; (4) optimized Input Gears 1 2 decrease 23.7%, 24.2%, 4.6%, respectively.

Driveline modeling and estimation of individual clutch torque during gear shifts for dual clutch transmission

The purpose of the proposed work centers on the unprecedented task of accurately estimating the torque transmitted through each clutch of the dual clutch transmission. This is to possibly improve the clutch control performance during vehicle launch and gearshifts and to elongate the clutch life. Such goal is attained by only using the measurements and data that are already available in current ...

Quantifying the Performance Improvement of Migration in Load Sharing Systems

Experimental and simulation studies have been realized to quantify the potential of migration to improve performance over the initial placement. In these studies, we tried to characterize the conditions under which this improvement can be obtained. We found that these conditions are strictly related to the heterogeneity of the task execution time and sometimes they are related to the number of ...

Performance of Hierarchical Load Sharing in Heterogeneous Distributed Systems

− Performance of distributed systems can be improved by load sharing (i.e., distributing load from heavily loaded nodes to lightly loaded ones). Dynamic load sharing policies take system state into account in making job distribution decisions. The state information can be maintained in one of two basic ways: distributed or centralized. Two examples of distributed policies are the sender-initiat...

Free Vibration Characteristics on a Split Torque Transmission

The free vibration characteristics of a dual split torque transmission are studied in this work. A transversetorsional coupling dynamic model is developed using lumped parameter method. The natural frequencies and mode shapes are calculated by solving the eigenvalue problem of the differential equations of motion. The vibration modes of the system are classified into translational mode and rota...
